Reading Strategy of the Month

Reader's Marks 

Reader's marks are used to help the reader comprehend or understand what they are reading. Students denote the text with the marks. They are then able to go back and identify the parts of the text that they found to be interesting, confusing, difficult, or something they would like to revisit later.
