What goes inside my magazine?

 

These items are required for your Research Magazine and must be completed by the date Ms. Snyder gives you.

 

1)  A Comparison/Contrast Research Essay which shows what you’ve learned about your topic.

2)  A 15+ Line Poem which connects with your topic and demonstrates your knowledge of poetic devices

3)  A Glossary of at least six vocabulary terms associated with your topic and your research.

4)    A Bibliography which credits the sources you used in your research.

5)  A Reflection Page which introduces your topic to the reader and reflects upon your research and work.

6)    A Table of Contents Page which acquaints the reader with the contents of your magazine.

 

 

These items are optional for your Research Magazine, but still must be completed by the date Ms. Snyder gives you.

 

1)  An Animal Interview with a minimum of 15 well-developed interview questions and answers which you think your animal may give.

2)  A Crossword Puzzle or Word Find which includes key words from your glossary or other items associated with your animal.

3)  A Picture Page of Original Artwork or a ClipArt Collage where you present your animal in colorful images.

4)  An Original Published Poem by a poet that is about the animal (s) you have chosen as well as poetry notes and a reflection.
