New Employee FAQ's
I've Got a Problem, How Do
I Get Help?
We use a HELP Desk system.
All problems should be called in, x2200, or Emailed to
helpdesk. Your call will be entered into the system and
prioritized. If the HELP Desk person can't solve it over the
phone, a technician will be scheduled. We use several High
School students as technicians after school. You may see
them working on your equipment!
Where
do I get an ID Card?
All ID
cards are produced by the Technology Department at the
Warehouse (Directly behind the High School Tennis Courts).
Call the HELP Desk at x2200 to set up an appointment. This
ensure that someone will be available when you arrive.
How do
I get an Account?
All Staff
are automatically assigned an account when we receive the
hiring notification from the Business Office. Normally, your
User Name is your first initial followed by your last name.
For Example, BIll Smith would be wsmith. The initial
password will be set by the Technology Department. The system will ask you to change it
during your first log in.
