District Telephones and Voicemail                                                              Home

The District installed a new NEC during the summer of 2003. It offer the many new features not previously available. Each classroom and office space should have one of two types of phones. Classrooms will be equipped with a single-line phone and office spaces with a multi-button phone. Both phones are capable of the same features.

To set up Voicemail

Press the Voicemail key on a multi-button phone or dial *8 on a single line phone. The default password is 487. To set up a greeting, press G and follow the directions. It is possible to set up 3 different greetings and quickly change between them. Second, you need to set up a name that people here when they call into your voicemail. Do this by accessing your voicemail, above, then press 0 followed by RN (76) and follow the directions. To change your password, access your voicemail, above, then press 0 followed by OP (67) then S (7) and follow the directions.

 

To access your Voicemail when not in your room

From any phone in the District, dial 3800, enter your extension and password.

From Outside the School, dial 756-5200. As soon as the announcement starts, press # and follow the directions.
